Frank stainless steel wire has a circular cross-section of small diameters. The wire can vary in the degree of processing with a mirror and a matte surface. The surface of stainless steel wire must be clean and smooth. Cracks, scale, rust, traces of oil are unacceptable.
 
Frank Stainless steel wire can be divided into hard wire and fine wire according to the wire diameter. The wire diameter range of hard wire is 0.1mm- 1.8mm, and the wire diameter range of fine wire is 0.02-0.08mm.

 

Stainless steel microfilaments have good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high strength, high elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal stability in an oxidizing atmosphere.
