Stainless Steel Wire Mesh, also called Stainless Steel Wire Cloth or Stainless Steel Wire Screen, is made of stainless steel wire by weaving, welding, or twisting process. It is extremely chemical resistant, works with hot or cold liquids, and is easily cleaned. Stainless steel wire mesh is a popular material used in a wide range of industries and applications due to its strength, durability, versatility, and high resistance to corrosion and damage.

Weave Wire Mesh Types

1. Plain Weave: Also called tabby weave, linen weave, or taffeta weave, is the most basic type of weave. In plain weave, the warp and weft are aligned so they form a simple criss-cross pattern. Each weft thread crosses the warp threads by going over one, then under the next, and so on. The next weft thread goes under the warp threads that its neighbor went over, and vice versa. 

2. Twill Weave: In a twill weave, each weft or filling yarn floats across the warp yarns in a progression of interlacing to the right or left, forming a distinct diagonal line. This diagonal line is also known as a wale. A float is the portion of a yarn that crosses over two or more yarns from the opposite direction. 

3. Plain Dutch Weave: Similar to plain weave, just the weft and warp wires have different wire diameters and different mesh sizes. 

4. Twill Dutch Weave: Similar to twill weave, just the weft and warp wires have different wire diameters and different mesh sizes. 

5. Reversed Dutch Weave: The  Difference from standard Dutch weave lies in the thicker warp wires and fewer weft wires. 

6. Rectangular Weave: Each warp is crossed above and below each weft wire, and the warp and weft are woven at a 90-degree Angle. Similar to plain weave, warp and weft wires usually have the same diameter, except that the mesh is an evenly sized rectangle.
